Painful ultrasound

We just got our 22 week ultrasound and it was PAINFUL. The lady was pushing hard but I feel like it shouldn't still hurt, I had to sit up and take a breather because it was making me feel sick and dizzy. Does anyone else feel pain while getting an ultrasound or am I just extra sensitive?

UPDATE! I saw my midwife today and found out I have anterior placenta which is why the tech was a little more rough (the tech wasn't allowed to say anything).
