Harder to conceive Rh negative?

Found out today that I'm Rh Negative, blood type A-. Does anyone know if it's harder to conceive the second time around if the first baby is positive. I'm currently 27 weeks and just worried about getting pregnant the second time around. TIA!!

I'm O- and suffered a miscarriage at almost 5 weeks, it is possible that I miscarried due to my blood and babies mixing, or just because something was wrong early on. But now I am 14weeks 5 days and everything is fine. I had been married in the past to my high school sweetheart and never once got pregnant.

I'm in the Rh factor and I got pregnant extremely fast with my second. I had the Mirena birth control for 4 years, removed it and I had a positive pregnancy test 6 weeks later.. I was already 4w 4d along then.

I am B- and am pregnant with my 5th baby. Have had absolutely no problems conceiving and haven't had any miscarriages. My husband is O-, so I've never had to get the Rhogam shot, thank goodness.

My sister and I are both RH negative. She was with a guy for years and had 3 miscarriages before they realized she was RH negative. She got with another guy recently and got pregnant and the baby stuck and is now full term. 
I think it depends on your partners blood type whether or not it will be harder to conceive, if they have a universal type like O, or if they're blood type is also RH negative it'll be easier. If your guys' blood type doesn't mix it'll be harder. 
As long as you have your rhogham shot conception chances shouldn't change for a second pregnancy if you're with the same partner.
