Anatomy Scan 😃

I had anatomy scan today and everything was good😃 The tech told me my baby's head is really low. She never told me if that was a good thing or not. Also she asked me if i had a lot of pressure down there. I told her I don't think this is my first pregnancy so I don't know what to expect. I then told her when you touch my vag it feels like it's bruised underneath and maybe that's why. Anyone else had this happen? Or the baby's head is really low?
