Any Low carbers here on eve just wondering?

So I do Low Carbs/Healthy Fats any other ladies on here with the same diet lifestyle on here?

I have pcos and am type 2 diabetic so carbs is something that I've learned a lot about. It's good to limit your car a but don't overdo it because your liver will dump glucose into your body because it senses your body is stressed. Any amount of stress on your body can make your liver dump glucose into your system. So the trick is to eat enough carbs to shut off your liver but not so much that you get too much glucose in your body. Proteins are good but you have to watch the fats. Load up on vegetables and fruits and try to eat them without it being juice cause the fiber from them is good for you. Also, make every bite count and make sure it's nutritious. Good fats like avocados and nuts are awesome. Fat fuels your brain and makes you feel full longer. I hope some of this helps. And anyone who has pcos. I definitely recommend PCOS diva for helpful tips etc on managing your weight and symptoms and reducing insulin resistance.
