Nervous to ask my doctor

I have a physical in a few days with my doctor I was wondering is it awkward to ask your doctor if your able to have kids I'm nervous to ask my doctor I dont want him to give me a lecture or criticism bc I'm only gunna be 19😖Pls help with comments on how to go about this
