Acne!!

I started going through puberty at 13 and I'm 18 now. Done developing. I never had a breakout during high school. I only got like one or two pimples at a time but never more than like three. Around April I started having horrible breakouts and will have over 20 pimples at a time. Ive tried everything and nothing seems to be working. I just feel like I look so ugly and it's making me so insecure. The only reason I can think of that I started getting them is that I was on depo shot from 13 to 17 and have only been on pills a year. I also got on new prescription of pills in March. Could hat be why? What can I do to help?
