Spotting?

I'm 4wks 4days and had some pinkish/brown spotting today. I had a blighted ovum last year so I'm super paranoid now. Called the dr office and they said it was normal and to come in if I have bright red bleeding or persistent spotting? Anyone else experiencing spotting? (Super bummed out they told me to skip my normal workout today😔)

Try to stay off your feet. I just had spotting last up to 16 days and it turned out I was in the process of a miscarriage. Mine was red spotting with pain in my hips, no clots or anything just spotting. If you get severe pain call your doctor's but I have heard it is normal to spot during pregnancy if it progresses call your dr again. Think happy thoughts and relax. Try not to stress out. Praying for your healthy baby😊
