Can't afford my deductible help !

Help I'm getting grilled by my ob office to pay my $3800 deductible right away. I've been paying it down with my HSA but still can't come up with the full deductible. Can I use my husbands Insurance as a supplement to pay it down ? Not sure how any of this works. I'm dreading calling the billing at my ob office bc they already make me feel like a criminal every time I come here
