1st pregnancy
Had terrible morning sickness well evening sickness including vomiting and at 11 weeks started with terrible cramps my first scan is only in 2 weeks so I am a little apprehensive about if baby is ok ... I just wish I could hear a heart beat but I have to wait until my dating scan ... Just wondered if the cramps are normal no bleeding or spotting
