Can I take the test during the day or it's has to be FMU.

You actually don't have to take it with FMU. If you are testing before your period is due, you are more likely to get a stronger positive using FMU because it's more concentrated.... But you can test with second urine of the day, as well.... Some women test better at night.. But never drink a ton of something to make yourself pee as it will be more flushed. If you're pregnant, you're pregnant.
