Fiance came home drunk...knowing he needed to watch his daughter so I can go to work. Not only was he drunk he came home past 2 and I had to be at work at 12. I notified them but I got a call this morning telling me I'm fired if I'm availability isn't what we agreed to..blah. blah. This month I called our for my great grandmother's funeral and because my daughter was sick and no one was able to watch her. He told me he expects me to not have any more call outs for the rest of the month. I told my fiance that as well...

I've been busting my butt for this dude and he acted do selfishly. I'm working 2 jobs and he's working 1. Even if I'm running on 3 hours of sleep after working 10-12 hour shifts, I let him sleep. I make sure he eats even if he doesn't do the same for me. I'm sacrificing a lot to make sure we can pay our bills and feeD our daughter and this happens...I'm so sad...
