Does anyone else get cramps so bad they can't move or feel nauseous and sometimes vomit on their period? I feel like it isn't normal. Just like last night I couldn't even sit up it hurt too much. And I bleed a lot, but do I just have a heavy flow? (I swear I'm not being sarcastic I don't live with/around any other girls to ask)
