I fell down a flight of stairs, should I go to the ER?

I'm 24+1 and I took a fall on my back down the stairs in my home. My side is pretty sore and my back but I don't think I hit my stomach. Should I go to the ER?

I did that with my first and I just called my OB and they just had me come in to monitor and make sure I didn't start having contractions (I was about 36 weeks).  I'd call your doctor it'd save you money than running to the ER.

Even if you weren't pregnant I would suggest going to the ER with your side hurting you could've broken a rib!

I would! Just to be safe, don't take any chances! I slipped on ice and fell on my belly my first pregnancy and it caused me to go into early labor but baby was fine.

I would just to be safe, it's worth going after a tumble, if only because you can't be certain of everything is still ok on the inside
