Hi ladies! I'm getting mixed answers online, so was hoping someone could help... Has anyone who's ever taken maca experienced a delay in menstruation??

I'm currently 3 days late for a period that's NEVER late, but I've not taken a test yet. We've been ttc 26 months, so I'm past believing this could be a good sign.

The only thing different is that I've recently started taking maca. Anyone else experience a delay in menstruation while taking it?

Any personal experiences would be awesome, as I don't know why my very normal cycles have suddenly gone MIA! Thanks ladies!!
