Period or pregnant?

Even if you don't cramp, do you still feel like you're gonna get your period when in fact you're actually pregnant?

Answer

You can,  but everyone is different. Every pregnancy is different, as well. With all 3 of my pregnancies, I have had vastly different symptoms.
But yes, you could.

A friend of mine who found out she was pregnant a couple months ago was thinking her period was coming any minute because of the cramps but when AF didn't show and she realised she got the dates wrong and she was a week late she got a bfp so yes cramps early on in pregnancy can happen which are very similar to your menstrual ones xx
