Am I pregnant

Soooooo last me and my boyfriend had sex the day before my period he came on my lower stomach but when he wiped it off it got on my clit ... I started my period the next day and I've been nauseous for about 3-4 weeks am I pregnant? I had a sonogram yesterday but nothing showed up apart from a cyst on my ovaries could that be causing my nausea?
