I had one, maybe I still do haven't checked, where I shave and I'm thinking maybe it's an ingrown hair. Couldn't be bug bites bc it's a new mattress and my mom's would have bugs too. And it can't b lice bc you only get that from sex so. I'm thinking ingrown hairs bc that's what mine looked like.
