A week or two before my period, I just get an insane urge to eat/consume anything and everything ! What is this ? Is this normal ? What causes this ???

I don't know what it is, but I do it too!! Then during my period I eat close to nothing. I'm pretty sure it's normal.

Your body releases iron when it's bleeding, so you crave foods with iron in them before your period so you don't get malnourished
