So mostly everytime i use the toilet to take a poop. My anus feels like it is tearing apart as the poop comes out... and its so painful.Like what is happening.....is my hole to small???? is my poop to bigg??? someone pleasee help.. i dread going to the toilet.. I neeedd help.. I dont want to have this problem anymore
