I just moved to a different state, so I transferred to a new clinic. My first appointment was supposed to be today at almost 34 weeks, and they told me that since I'm "so high-risk," they wanted me to have all my visits at a hospital instead, and they wouldn't even see me for my scheduled appointment. This is the first I've heard of my high risk. She said it's because I'm on "so many" medications (I'm on two prescriptions for an illness I already had and Claritin because pregnancy makes me itchy) and because I used to have seizures. I'm so peeved. I didn't know they could just turn me away like that. Has this happened to anyone else?
