How am i getting a positive pregnancy test but negative bllod test?

What cycle day are you on? I was on cycle day 39 and I had a negetive blood test. I was also having negetive urine tests but I knew I was pregnant just by listening to my body. I tested with a first response on cycle day 46 and got my first vvvvfl and from there they got darker. Currently 23 weeks 2 days. I'm not saying this is happening to you, but my blood test didn't pick up the hcg for whatever reason. It's weird you got those lines, although there are false positives. I'd say keep testing and go back for another blood test in a week if af doesn't show. Gl :)
