Shape looks different - more likely the baby had moved positions. When I "dropped" in my first pregnancy (around due date) I could fit the whole palm of my hand between my Breasts and the baby.

Doesn't look like it, pants are pulled over a bit higher on right side so it kinda give the illusion that it dropped but looks the same to me just a bit bigger
