I have super irregular cycles since my first loss in sept 2011. Ranging from 8 months apart to having a cycle a few months in a row. Been on vitex for almost two weeks. First week I was taking one pill a day, recently upped it to two. (What the bottle says, I misread it before.) I've been experiencing PMS symptoms but no period as of yet. My dr isn't concerned. I'm just super frustrated, wondering if anyone else can relate? What maybe other women have done/tried in this situation. I don't want to be on prescription drugs to help but I'm beginning to think we might have to look into it. :(
