Formula exclusively or continue to provide breast milk and formula?

I have twins who are six weeks old- they were in the NICU for the start of their lives during which time I pumped. My supply was minimal and it still is:(. Both babies had trouble latching so I continued to pump and supplement with formula. The issue is that I'm STILL not producing. I worked with a lactation consultant on their latching and she suggested to keep trying but still pump and give them whatever I can. Even pumping every few hours I'm only producing a maximum of 8ish ounces. Is it worthwhile to continue to pump (time consuming while taking care of newborn twins) or should I just focus on giving them formula only? Basically, will they still get the benefits of breast milk even with such a small amount?
