Does anyone else get this too?

Does anyone else get soreness in the vulva during their periods? I use a tampon, so it's not like it's dirty or anything, it just gets sore. Am I the only one? Is there anything you all have found that helps?

For me it's a few days before and a few days in. From what I hear it's perfectly normal though

I get this all the time, especially when I had really bad cramps. Usually I would just take midol to help with the cramps and then the soreness would go away, but if you don't want to take meds I'd just drink a lot of water, your body is under a lot of stress when trying to get rid of the tissue
