Things couldn't get any worse...
So on top of having an extreme case of post partum depression after loosing 2 babies since May the latest one just a few days ago my fiance left me to be with his ex. Also right before my birthday. Now I'm 2 months behind on everything alone and not pregnant! What do I honestly have to look forward to in life. I don't know what to do. My life is falling to pieces
