Okay, so I am a first time mom, I am 13 weeks and I, of course, am single.  The father of the baby is MIA and has been for this entire pregnancy.  He is claiming he wants nothing todo with the baby and wants to sign his rights over.  I am in TX and was wondering if anyone else went through this? Filed for child support? Paternity? And also I know child support payments allows him to custody, but I want to push for only supervised visitation. Any info or help will be appreciated!!!
