Continuing exercise..

I recently had my first visit and of course had my list of questions. Many of them were exercise related. I've been working out on a regular basis for almost 4 years now and it's something that helps my anxiety. I kept reading articles about not letting your heart rate get too high. However at my visit I was told I can continue to do what I've been doing and as my tummy grows I will obviously have to modify my routine but as long as I feel ok, it's fine. I sprint and lift weights..I mentioned that and still I got the green light. Has anyone else been told that sprinting and weightlifting is fine? I have quit the squat rack but continue to use kettlebells & dumbbells..as well as light weight on barbells. And im not sprinting as often because I don't always feel up for it but still do so whenever Im feeling good.
