Went in for my 38 week checkup after having a few contractions that morning. Dr checked me for dilation and said "um your almost 8cm. Go home get your stuff and go straight to labor and delivery. This was at 3:30. So I did just that. Hubby came and got me and we got to hospital at 5:00. They got me right into a room and said I was in transition. I decided to not get epidural and go natural. Dr came and baby girl was born at 6:50 in two pushes. I still can't believe she came so fast. This was crazy after laboring with my first for 12 hours.
