Weight loss tips/advice?
I'm 18 years old and I'm close to 200 pounds. I was never one to really worry about my weight until all my friends became skinnier than me and sometimes commented on what I ate. Anyways, I'm heading off to university, and I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for weight loss or even just eating better. Maybe your favorite recipe? Favorite workout? Maybe a drink that helps? Anything is much appreciated! Love to all :)
