2nd dating scan today! Actually really nervous/worried.

So 2 weeks ago I had my first scan, I thought I was around 13 weeks but turns out I was only 10.5wks, which is fine because my periods have always been irregular since I have pcos and with my other two girls I found out I was early with them. This pregnancy has been totally different from them, symptoms have been awful and there has been a lot of cramping and I've had several bleeds but I was told not to worry when I phoned up maternity assessment because apparently it wasn't heavy enough to cause concern 😕 but of course I'm going to worry with every slight niggle and bleed, especially since I've had a miscarriage after my eldest 😕 it's only 8:10am and I'm sitting here with huge butterflies and bag of nerves! My appointment isn't until 3:40pm as well 😕 anyone else had some bleeds early on and it went well with them?
