How can recover from a sun burn? 😞

Anyone know how to calm a sun burn down?!?!? Lol Super painful and red like a tomato 😹😹😹

Aloe and lots of lotion to moistureize that skin.

Freshly cut aloe Vera ;) or if you're looking for more relief,

1) cut fresh aloe Vera 
2) remove the skin for 1 or both sides 
3) put it in a zip lock bag 
4) get larger/similar sized zip lock bag and fill it 1/4 way with ice
5) put in about 2-3 tsp of salt 
6) put in the zip lock bag with the aloe Vera into the one with ice then zip it up. 
7) vigorously shake the bag  for about 5-6 minutes
8) once you're done shaking take the aloe Vera out of the bag and apply to affected area for about 2-3 min.

This works for me especially when im trying to get rid of the pain fast. If you're a bit lazy pop the cut aloe Vera in the fridge for 30min to 1hr then take out and apply to area.

Another way u can do it is to cut the aloe Vera, remove skin and blend it first. Then put it in a zip lock bag and do exactly the same thing but instead of rubbing it, use it as a mask for your sunburn. It helps soften the skin while you're healing that sunburn

Aloe Vera can do wonders for mild burns, sunburns included. Otherwise lotions and ice usually help.

Mix vina gar & water soak paper towels and lay it on the burn it will correct your skins pH & make it go away quicker
