Hi all. This is my first cycle on femara 3-7. Today CD7 I went in for US. The doc said "hmm nothing happening yet in uterus, 1 starting on the right, maybe 1 very small on the left. Would have liked to see more but rest up and let's see you again on CD12" and then she was gone! What was she expecting on CD7?? Surely it's still early days? Any CD7 experiences out there? I have PCOS my cycles average 50days
