Damn that hurt

I've been married to my wife for almost 2 years now. And she tells me tonight that she's not attracted to me no more. I've been fighting with my depression and how I see my body a lot lately. And it seems like just when I started feeling good and wearing a bikini. She ripped me back to where I started. Idk how to feel or do right now
