Estrogen?

Ok so I get the depo shot which kills all the estrogen in your body and its causing my limbo to be off. Do any women on here know how to increase estrogen naturally? I was thinking about switching my birth control to the pill to blalance my hormones and estrogen but I smoke cigarettes and i know that a big no no with birth control pills. Anyone have any advice?
