Eating healthy and working out is better then any pill because a pill isn't long term. Once you stop taking it you will gain the weight back unless you change your habits too. You can ask your doctor about one if you want to couple it with your life changes to have a jump start but there are a lot in the store you can try too.

None!!  They don't work.  Cut out all sugar, grains and processed foods for one month and you will notice a huge difference.  Watch the doc Fed Up on Netflix.  You will learn a lot about how sugar and the food industry is fucking people up with false information.  Do not use weight loss pills they do not work and you will waste your money.
