Ovarian cyst

Today i went to my Dr. To get my pap smear done.. but i asked her about a pain feeling some one was stabbing me that comes and goes. She took a look and said she thinks one of my ovaries maybe swollen and possibly a cyst.. going for an ultrasound later.. pretty scared.. has this happened to any one?? Been having nasuea and vomiting af is due aug 20.. but ttc.. can some one give me an advice
