Emerita Progest- Cream help ?
Hi so I purchased a tube of emerita Progest-cream on the instructions it say for menstruating women start cycle day 8-21 but reading other women posts they say don't start until confirmed ovulation I'm really confused can anyone help please any comments will help thank you
