Dealing with contraction pain
I'm on day 2 of early labour. My contractions are INTENSE but irregular so I'm labouring at home. The pain is ridiculous, and I especially struggle with the waves of pain that radiate through my legs from my lower belly during one.
How do you guys cope with your contraction pain? I'm taking warm showers and paracetamol as per midwives advice. Any tips?
