How do you know how many weeks??

Hi! I am preggo and my glow app says 4 weeks today ... But I think I only conceived 3 weeks ago (if the fertile window was accurate!) how do you count before you actually go to the dr?? I don't go for bloodwork until August 31.

Just count from your last period for now, you'll find out if you have a different due date at your first scan. I know it's annoying if you already think it's wrong, but there's no other way to calculate unless you know your conception date. X

But what if you have an abnormal cycle ... Mine is every 40-44 days! I have read that this can complicate things !
