38 weeks and 5 days today and my doctor stripped my membranes. I've been having some light cramping and period like symptoms since he did the procedure. I was 3 cm and 80% effaced. Has anyone else had this done and went into labor? I'm hoping it kick starts things and I go soon because my husband leaves Monday for a week long business trip and I want him here for the birth of our baby.
