Has anyone dealt with severely low menstral flow? I generally have a very heavy flow and severe cramps but that is my norm. This period I have all the same if not worse symptoms but very low flow? It's down to spotting and I'm only three days in. I'm just wondering if anyone has dealt with this so I might have an idea of my next step? I am seriously considering going to a doctor but am holding off as I am still waiting for my insurance to come into affect.
