Period and moving continents
Hey y'all!
I just moved back from Australia to the Netherlands and I'm wondering if this has a big influence on my hormone levels?
I have an Mirena IUD however I've noticed a period with heaps of cramps that I haven't had that bad before as well as some soreness under my labia...
Does this have anything to do with changes in climate? The weather difference is very prominent. Going from 30 degrees Celsius average to 18 degrees Celsius average.
