Is this normal?? Best way to describe it without a picture is it looked kind of like an umbilical cord, very long (8+inches) with some bigger, round clots attatched/in it. Called the OB and they told me to massage my uterus and push but that's painful with perineum stitches. So I pulled, (it had to come out eventually right) and that was that. Haven't experienced any pain, excessive bleeding, etc. Freaking out!
