Am I the only one?

Question

Am I the only one who has pregnancy symptoms with menstration? Aside from being nauseous. Breasts hurt, headaches, bloating, cramping, etc etc.  I feel like I'll never be able to tell when I'm pregnant by early symptoms.

Yes same! Every single month I wonder if I should go buy tests haha. Then one months I'll decide I'm annoyed with the symptoms and ignore it and actually be pregnant haha

Omg! Almost every time I get my period, I think I'm pregnant! Even on the mirena! And I've had a child. Didn't know until I was 4.5 months.

Literally the only thing I've had both times I was pregnant was implantation bleeding. All other symptoms I get with af too. Unfortunately I miscarried both.

Yeah I'm the same way, I get weird cravings too, and bad nausea and sometimes I get sick. It made me think I was pregnant everytime I had sex. My periods basically spotting so it could be pregnancy.
