I think if you're having more than one, two is standard. I registered at babylist which you can add multiple websites/stores onto and target for people who don't wanna shop online

I just stuck with one. Buy buy baby. I would rather just get all my stuff from there cause their return policy is amazing, they always have coupons and plus if people are gonna give me gift cards then it would be easier to just have them all for the same place.

I think two is sufficient. That way they still have another option and you don't have to worry about listing multiple registries. In my case, nearly everyone branched out and bought things without using the registry we had, so considering my experience, I think two would be the absolute most I'd create or list!
