Aug 12th, Moxie Jean is born!
Due August 3rd but that didn't happen... So I was scheduled to be induced and as a FTM I had no idea what to expect.
After a long 26 hours of labor, my daughter Moxie Jean entered the world at 6:53pm August 12th. Had to be induced and get meds to help me dilate. After they 12 hours took the meds out, the contractions got worse and I went from 1cm to a whopping 3cm! 😭
The plan was no epidural, well that changed pretty quick and I got one at noon. Four hours later, got check again and went from 3cm to 9.5cm! The nurse was amazed and we got set up to push. It literally feels like you are trying to force our the biggest poop of your life.
She is super healthy, weights 7lb 7oz and is 21.5 inches of pure love. 😍
