Any other mom's experiencing appetite loss?

My little one is almost 4 months and suddenly nothing sounds or looks good anymore. I'm struggling to even eat 1,000 calories a day and I'm breastfeeding. I've lost almost 10lbs in the last 2 weeks. It's just so hard to eat now

I am feeling this way too! Does anyone know the reason for it? Going to ask at my next check up

Ugh I wish. I'm one of the unlucky EBF gals who holds onto an extra 10 pounds. Plus my migraine medicine makes me eat like a caveman and slows my metabolism 😩 Maybe try good fat foods like avocado olive oil etc?

I have been like this since birth on April 12th! I lost ALL interest in food and there were days that all I would eat was a pack of crackers or a yogurt or something. I think it was due to stress and anxiety of being a first time mom but also from hormones shifting in our body. I'm slowly getting better but at 4 Mo out I can still just eat one small meal a day and be fine. I couldn't breastfeed however so I didn't  have to worry about my production being effected. I weigh less now than I have in years since giving birth.
