Pain when I lay on my left side?

I am 37 weeks and 6days, and I cannot lay on my left side because I get a really sharp pain on my belly button and the left side of my lower abdomen it just started last night and I seriously don't know how else to get comfortable I tried pillows and I texted my dr but she is out of town for the weekend any advice or has anyone had this before?

I've had this a few times in the night too. I think it's round ligament pain. Not nice at all. I'm 38+2 and haven't had it in a couple days. Just have a period type ache all the time now.

With my first born I had that problem. I could not lay on my left side. I would get sharp pains also and feels like an aching cramp. Most of the time I would have to use a bunch of pillows and sleep almost sitting up. Some times I would be okay to sleep on my right side. The baby is probably positioned in a weird way.
