IUI with Femara

My husband and I have been ttc for the last year and a half with one miscarriage. We recently started our first round of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> using Femara. Yesterday we did the procedure. Anyone had good results? Hoping to bfp but don't want to keep getting my hopes up anymore. Thanks in advance for any advice/ information.
